Church Committee Report
- One person from each committee will sit on the Nominating Committee.
- Minutes from each committee meeting should be sent to Dave Schulze within one week of the meeting.
Existing Business
- The proposed date for the annual concert will be March 19, 2006
Music Director’s Report
- Sr. Choir and Bell Choir rehearsals start this week..
- Jr. Choir starts 9/25. Rehearsals will run from 11:15 – 11:45.
- Terry Perrelli and Pawel are organizing a joint concert with Spottswood for later in the Fall.
- Piano will be tuned on 9/29.
- Pawel will purchase bells and other hand percussion for the Jr. Choir with the $200 in the Jr. Choir music account..
- Meg Veneziano and Pawel are starting to plan White Gifts Service.
- Ordered Christmas Cantata music.
- Always looking for new ideas on choir recruitment
- Senior PF will be doing a service in Oct.
- Put substitute organist money back into the budget
- Thanks again to Ginny Stark for filling-in for Pawel during his summer vacation.
Our next meeting will be Oct. 3, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
