KCC Music Committee

Meeting Minutes – Nov. 5, 2006

Attending: Greg Benoit, Pawel Jura,  Steve Wnuk, Kay Murray, Judy Zuffelato, Mary Clarkson,

Visiting: Liz Chase

The meeting was called to order at 12:01 pm. 

Minutes of the Oct. meeting were approved.

Steve gave the highlights of the Church Committee Meeting. 

Music Director’s Report

-         Cantata rehearsals going very well

-         Music Class – continue to look for feedback 

-         Confirmation class played the chimes at the Nov. 4 service

-         CCLI audit for next 6 months

-         $580 received from Bob Graham memorial fund.  Partly used for Cantata music

-         Nov. 19 6pm Ecumenical Service if you’d like to volunteer for the choir

-         Choir rehearsal will be held on Nov. 22.

-         Piano appraisal probably will be done week of Nov. 20

-         No CCSU faculty recital at our church this Fall.

 

 

Existing Business

-         Our old Choir robes will be going to Louisiana thanks to Antoinette Pajor

-         Spring concert – Bernard Lurie a possibility.  Pawel checking with NB Choral

 

New Business

-         Does Sr. Choir want a Christmas party?  Will poll the choir.

 

Our next meeting will be Sun, Dec.3, 2006 at Noon.
