- Pawel will be off from Dec. 26 – Jan. 7 including New Year’s Day.

Existing Business
- Our concert is scheduled for Mar. 19th. Pawel will ask the Bell Choir if they would like to perform.
- Deirdre will contact Sound Express to see if they would like to do the Mar. 19 concert.
New Business
- Large print hymnals are not available from the publisher. We will consider printing large print hymns in the bulletin. Will check with the Outreach Committee to see if the need exists.- Our church safe-child policy requires two unrelated adults at church events where children are involved. Pawel will check with Meg Veneziano to be consistent with the policy standards and draft a letter to parents of the children’s choir.
- Budget approved for the next fiscal year.
Our next meeting will be Dec. 5, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Steve Wnuk
