GWEN MCCANN, DIRECTOR, CHRISTIAN FAITH FORMATION
Gwen McCann has been the Director of Christian Faith Formation since 2007 and is lifelong member of KCC. Before being called to this position, Gwen served as a teacher’s aide at Kensington Nursery School and served the church in many capacities. Gwen loves to create safe communities for children and youth to explore, expand and nurture their faith. She uses her creativity to bring God’s Word to life and make lifelong disciples. Her practice of "management by enthusiasm" has touched the entire church and has allowed the KCC family to grow with love and excitement. Gwen fills her cup by spending time with her family, being outdoors and taking long walks with her dog.
CORINNE TERLECKY, DIRECTOR OF MUSIC
Corinne Terlecky has been the music director at KCC since the Fall of 2015. She enjoys supporting the worship team with meaningful music to enhance every service. Corinne is a songwriter, performer and teacher who is grateful to be able to fulfill her life passion as a musician with love and support from her family.
SANDY BUTLER, OFFICE MANAGER
Sandy Butler has been a member of KCC since 2023 and joined the staff as office manager in 2025. She was a Lutheran school teacher for 35 years, primarily working with middle school students teaching math and science. She also has worked as a medical transcriptionist, receptionist and church secretary. In her free time, Sandy enjoys reading, crafting, spending time with her three grown children, and traveling with her husband, Dan. She is excited to be serving her KCC family and friends in this administrative role.

DON MEAGHER, SEXTON
Don Meagher has been the sexton at KCC for about 10 years. Living right down the street, he’s walked his pup around here for years and his kids went to KNS! He has been a blessing for KCC, whether he is caring for the property or making sure the space is set up for events, Don’s work behind the scenes has made KCC an amazing place for all of us.
CHRIS GATES WNUK, PARISH VISITOR
My husband Steve and I joined Kensington Congregational Church 30 years ago and were fortunate to bring up our children, Laura and Jamie, in this loving, spirit-filled community. While teaching elementary school for 32 years and raising a family, I found some time to pursue my hobbies of singing and playing guitar, reading, cooking, gardening, and kayaking. In retirement, I'm enjoying having more time for these activities, spending time with friends and family, and traveling with Steve. It has been my honor to be part of the music ministry, the missions outreach, and many other committees over the years. But what I love most of all about this church is the love and support we have for one another. And how lucky am I to be serving as your parish visitor! I love talking to people, sharing in your joys, and providing some comfort, companionship, a non-judgmental listening ear, and maybe a laugh or two along the way.
