The Vernah Wright Munson Scholarship Fund was established in 2014 through a bequest of Marilyn Munson who left a portion of her estate upon her death to the Kensington Congregational Church to create a scholarship fund in memory of her mother, Vernah Munson. Its purpose is to assist members of the church or their children who are seeking higher education through an accredited college, university, seminary or other institution of higher education.

Fill out the application.
Submit the application and supporting documents by 12:00 NOON, April 30, 2026.
Applications can be:
mailed to the church office,
dropped off in the church office or secured mailbox,
sent in by e-mail (scanned copy)
