Instructions:

  1. The application can be found to the left by clicking the “Vernah Munson Application” button or by e-mailing the church office at KCCOffice@kensingtoncong.org

  2. Fill out the application.

  3. Submit the application and supporting documents by 12:00 NOON, May 1, 2025.

Applications can be:

  • mailed to the church office,

  • dropped off in the church office or secured mailbox,

  • sent in by e-mail (scanned copy)

    Please contact the church office if you would like to submit electronically and need help.

    NOTE: Applications must be RECEIVED at the Church office (not just postmarked) no later than 12:00 NOON, May 1, 2025.
